Great location if your looking for rural surroundings and some peaceful relaxation. Great place for walking, cycling and driving to other surrounding villages. The accommodation gives you a nice feeling of being away from the normal,we picked the one with the log burner in the room downstairs and the lovely bedroom upstairs.Sat on the sofa watching the flames from the fire was extremely relaxing after walking all day around Bolton abbey,Burnsall and grassington. Peter the host is very welcoming. Now without doubt the cafe on site is very good, such a lovely feel about it and the food is wonderful. We stayed for breakfast. The staff are friendly and efficient and our breakfast was cooked and presented to perfection.Well worth a visit.

A lovely quirky place to stay- the bed was comfy, the log burner was delightful and the breakfast in the cafe the next day was delicious. Great location with excellent walks right on the doorstep 🙂

A really unique place to stay in beautiful surrounding. The facilities were exactly what were needed with lovey hot showers and direct access onto the trails. The space has a rustic feel and is split over two floors. The log burner provided plenty of heat for the whole space and we have a very comfortable and full nights sleep. The cafe had very excellent breakfast and lunch, and a really great set up in the courtyard for cyclist's. We would like to stay here again.

Nestled in a serene rural expanse, this converted barn was a welcome escape. Despite its seclusion, Bolton Abbey was a leisurely stroll away. The windowless room, though unconventional, promised exceptional stargazing. Clouds played spoilsport, but the allure remained. The surroundings were a haven for nature lovers, boasting waterfalls and untamed beauty. A nearby coffee shop served aromatic brews, delectable cakes, and mouthwatering dishes. A field-side table offered a panoramic morning coffee spot. Indoor entertainment options, including snooker and volleyball, were a hit. A vinyl player and TV provided additional diversions.Outdoor seating seamlessly blended with nature, and the pet-friendly policy made our Yorkshire terrier feel at home. This retreat harmonized perfectly with nature's rhythm. It's highly recommended for those seeking solace. Our return is anticipated, perhaps under clearer skies for stargazing. The memories of this tranquil stay will forever hold a special place.

Great to see this old favourite back, lovely lunch and coffee with views to die for. Sadly the train has gone, but we didn’t miss it, another cafe to add to my list of ‘not to miss’.

Wonderful find. This barn has been beautifully converted into a cafe and rooms to let. The cafe was superb, lovely selection of light bites, breakfasts, cakes etc. Avocado on sourdough was incredible as were the American pancakes with fruit and maple syrup. Excellent selection of teas and coffees, friendly personal service- it all felt so loved and cared for- will definitely be going back whenever we can- thank you
