Had an amazing stay in the unique one of a kind property. Peter ensured that I had everything I needed to have the best stay. The location is around a 15/20 min walk to the beautiful Bolton Abbey. It’s very peaceful and there are some great walks. I attended a wedding on the Bolton Abbey grounds and this location was great for that with the taxi only taking around 5 mins to get there. There is a lovely cafe hosted by Kirsty who cooked me a delicious full breakfast. She was attentive and kind - not to mention we had a great chat over breakfast. They both could not do enough for me. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay. Really peaceful unique accommodation. Helpful friendly responsive host. Cosy converted calf pen & log fire, woken by birdsong, perfect. Highly recommended. Thanks for the pizza!

I booked this place for a mid week break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was above and beyond my expectations. The downstairs room is abit like going back in time - it was lovely sitting listening to the wood burner stove crackling away - lots of dry wood was provided on request. The upstairs bedroom was beautifully done out & the bed was super comfortable & warm with loads of covers & an electric blanket provided too.All you could hear in the morning was birdsong! You’re right in the countryside nestled behind a hill. We saw a barn owl quartering the field as we packed to leave too.The showers are amazing - probably worth booking for alone! Our full English breakfast was delicious too. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts you felt.We will definitely be back. There’s lots going on do nearby so maybe for longer next time too! This place is great for a relaxing & rejuvenating mini break!!

An absolutely brilliant place. Lovely log burner, comfortable room and bed. For something different, this is the place to go. Lovely walks, and not far from Bolton Abbey. Really quirky accommodation. Lovely showers and a lovely quiet location. Fantastic breakfast in the cafe too. Great host, and can highly recommend this place for a different weekend away. Brilliant!

Once again Back O'Th' Hill Farm, cooked us one of the best breakfasts we have had. A Gourmet Ham, egg and cheese omelette which I could have eaten twice, it was so delicious. Coffee to savour. Standards are always high and atmosphere laid back and relaxing. Eager to serve and give you the best experience they can. Would be great if Skipton Road was open for them. However people get there despite all of that. It's a quirky, idyllic little secret, known to all the nicest folk. 😉

If you're looking to stay in this area I would definitely checking out this lovely farm. They had great decor and the food looked brilliant. The owners are very friendly and kind people - We had stopped just up the road to go for a walk and upon returning, even though their shop was closed, they still gifted us some milk and water for a cup of tea! I will personally be coming back here in the future to try the food and stay in their rooms!
